Staffing provider Vaco acquired Richmond, Va.-based staffing firm Momentum Resources.

The transaction was announced today; terms were not disclosed.

The Momentum Resources brand will fold into Vaco. Momentum’s founding partners, Whitney Forstner and Tanya Cummings, will remain with Vaco Richmond in consulting roles.

Nashville-based Vaco provides consulting, contract and direct hire services in the accounting, finance, technology, healthcare, operations and general administration sectors. Founded in 2002, it has more than 30 offices nationwide.
