IQNavigator Inc., a Denver-based provider of vendor management system software, promoted John Martin to CEO of emerging markets from his previous role as chief operating officer. Martin will be responsible for international expansions and product expansions in his new position.

Martin will also continue to serve as chief technology officer.

“As we continue to expand the definition of services procurement solutions, John will lead the efforts for our increasing investments in international and product growth, including acquisitions,” said IQNavigator President and CEO Lou Andreozzi.
