ULG Staffing, a division of ULG Companies LLC, acquired the assets of an Indianapolis-based light industrial staffing firm that operates under the STAFFWORKS brand. The deal was effective Feb. 11.

The acquired entity will continue to operate from its current location in Indianapolis. There are no changes in headcount or personnel at the acquired company.

ULG Companies is a privately held national industrial staffing firm with 14 offices nationwide. It is headquartered in Logansport, Ind., with a national recruiting center based in Indianapolis. The company has three operating divisions — ULG SkilledTrades, ULG Marine and ULG Staffing — with operations in 43 states.

“Our companies share a common culture of outstanding client and employee service, and together we can provide an extended geographic and product scope to the Indiana industrial labor market,” ULG Staffing President Lucinda Comer said.
