UKG, a provider of HR and payroll software, is set to acquire Immedis, a firm that provides payroll services in some 160 countries and 120 currencies. The deal is scheduled to close within 60 days.

Immedis was founded in Ireland in 2016 and is a subsidiary of CluneTech. Immedis has 370 employees worldwide.

The acquisition will enable UKG to offer fully managed multi-country payroll services for businesses headquartered in the US and Canada that seek payroll processing outside of North America, according to UKG. The solution is also available to firms that seek a unified, global view of their payroll around the world even if they already have preferred payroll providers.

Immedis is based in Dublin, Ireland. UKG is based in Lowell, Massachusetts, and Weston, Florida.
