Trillium Staffing acquired Executemps Southwest Staffing, aka ESW Staffing, a hospitality and event staffing firm headquartered in Phoenix.

ESW has operated in the Phoenix area for more than 30 years. The company provides temporary recruitment of servers, bartenders, chefs, cooks, supervisors, leads and other positions.

The transaction closed last week; terms were not disclosed. ESW’s three owners are leaving the company, but the brand will remain. Investment banking firm De Bellas & Co. acted as the exclusive financial advisor to ESW in the transaction.

The deal follows Trillium’s acquisition in February of Tampa-Fla.-based Roy’s Staffing Inc., which provides strategic and event staffing in the Southern region. 

The Trillium brand of companies provides recruitment and staffing services through its specialized brands, including: Trillium Staffing Solutions, Trillium Driver Solutions, Trillium Construction Services, Trillium Technical, Trillium Environmental and Trillium Marine.

The Trillium brand counts more than 90 branch offices nationwide. It ranks No. 26 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest industrial staffing firms in the US.
