TransForce Inc., a nationwide truck-driver staffing firm headquartered in Alexandria, Va., acquired regional staffing agency Hire Edge Logistics Personnel, or HELP.

HELP, launched in 2002, provides drivers and logistics personnel for the transportation and trucking industries in the mid-Atlantic/northeast region. It has offices in Cherry Hill and Edison, NJ, as well as Columbia, Md.

The brand will transition to operate as TransForce. The transaction closed this week; terms were not announced.

This is TransForce’s 11th acquisition since 2013. Recent deals include the assets of Trucking Unlimited — which operates www.truckdrivingjobs.com as its primary job board matching motor carriers with professional truck drivers — and Driving Ambition, a regional provider of commercial truck drivers in the central US.

TransForce ranks No. 22 on Staffing Industry Analysts' list of largest industrial staffing firms in the US.
