Healthcare staffing firm TotalMed Inc. appointed Justin Tomlin as its first chief strategy officer. Tomlin has more than 20 years of experience, including roles at AMN Healthcare Services Inc. Tomlin appeared on SIA’s 40 Under 40 list in 2018.

ON Partners, an executive search firm based in Ohio, appointed Jin Ro as chief product officer. Ro most recently was chief analytics officer at PRGX Global Inc and has more than 20 years of experience in technology, product and data solutions. Prior to PRGX Global, Ro held leadership roles at Seal Software, McKesson and Accenture.

Asymbl, which provides an ATS for staffing firms designed as a bolt-on solution for Salesforce, appointed Brad Owens as director of solution engineering. Owens comes to Asymbl from Salesforce, where he served as a lead solution engineer.

Executive search firm Diversified Search Group announced Joyce Brocaglia will lead its technology officers and cybersecurity practice. Brocaglia joined Diversified Search Group when it acquired Alta Associates, a firm she founded in 1986.
