TempForce Pennsylvania branch changes hands

March 28, 2018

The Lebanon, Pa., branch of TempForce, a franchised affiliate of Randstad, will change hands effective April 2. Current owners Cindy and Steve Heisey are retiring and sold the office to Glenn Rambler.

The TempForce branch was founded in 1972. Cindy Heisey began working for the prior owners in 1980 and purchased it with her husband in 1999. The Heiseys will remain with the office through April for a transition period, and then be available on an as-needed basis.

The branch targets the light industrial and admin/clerical sectors and works with an average of about 250 clients annually. The Lebanon office has eight full-time staff, according to Cindy Heisey.

Rambler has 25 years of relationship management experience in the financial industry; and since 2011, he has been VP of relationship management at Members 1st Federal Credit Union in Upper Allen Township

“We built our company on customer service and community involvement,” Cindy Heisey said. “We are confident Glenn will continue that, which was very important to us.”
