Technomedia, a Montreal-based provider of integrated talent and learning management solutions, announced last week that it has signed an agreement with Bernard Hodes Group, part of Omnicom Group Inc., to acquire the Hodes iQ talent acquisition solutions operating unit, based in New York. This acquisition enables Technomedia to accelerate its expansion strategy in the U.S. market.

Under the terms of the agreement, Technomedia and Bernard Hodes Group will partner to provide a complete array of talent management products and services to global organizations worldwide. Technomedia will operate under the brand Technomedia-Hodes iQ in the U.S. market.
