Discussions over a possible acquisition of global staffing firm Impellam Group plc by HeadFirst Global bv remain ongoing. The firms had set Nov. 29 as a deadline for HeadFirst to make a deal, but that has now been extended to Dec. 5.

Talks are at an “advanced stage,” but there’s still no “firm intention to make an offer,” Impellam reported in a regulatory filing on Nov. 29. The UK-based global staffing firm is discussing a possible sale to HeadFirst Global bv. Talks began this summer with several deadlines set for a possible offer.

There remains no guarantee at this time that HeadFirst will make an offer to buy Impellam.
