Temporary healthcare recruitment firm THMed, a portfolio company of private equity firm New Capital Partners, acquired CV Staff Solutions, a Colorado Springs, Colorado-based company that provides cardiovascular surgeons, cardiologists and nonphysician providers, including perfusionists, to inpatient care facilities.

The transaction closed in the first quarter; no financial terms were disclosed. Dr. John Mehall, CEO and founder of CV Staff Solutions, remains a partner in the company.

THMed targets locum tenens and permanent placement healthcare staffing nationwide. Launched 10 years ago, it is headquartered in Dallas with an additional office in Orange County, California. The company has annual revenue ranging from $45 million to $60 million.
