The US Supreme Court today ruled employers can prohibit workers from filing class-action lawsuits by requiring them to sign individual arbitration agreements, The Hill reported. The justices ruled in a 5-4 decision released on Monday. “The policy may be debatable but the law is clear: Congress has instructed that arbitration agreements like those before us must be enforced as written,” Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote in the majority opinion.
