The US Supreme Court ordered the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to again hear a case brought by LinkedIn against talent analysis firm hiQ Labs Inc. over its scraping of LinkedIn data, TechCrunch reported. LinkedIn had lost its case against hiQ in 2019, but the Supreme Court revived it this week.
