Strategic Staffing Solutions Inc., a Detroit-based information technology staffing provider, reported today its Detroit development center, which opened last year, expanded following the addition of four national accounts.

The center was initially established to service BlueCross Blue Shield of Michigan. The center started with 57 information technology specialists and posted revenue of $10.5 million in 2010. It has more than 270 professionals servicing five customers today and projects revenue of $26 million this year. The center plans to have 400 information technology professionals within four years.

The center is the hub for Strategic Staffing Solutions’ managed services software business process outsourcing, enterprise resource planning software integration, Web and application development and maintenance services. A call center is also housed at the site.
