Staffworks Group, a national staffing company headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, acquired SourcePoint Staffing, an employment firm serving Greater Milwaukee.

The transaction closed July 3; terms were not disclosed. The SourcePoint Staffing brand will remain and join the Staffworks Group family of companies.

The deal enables SourcePoint Staffing to expand its reach, leverage a national network and deliver more robust staffing solutions to clients and candidates, according to the company. Sectors served by the companies include construction/skilled trades, light industrial, professional/technical and healthcare.
