Recruit Holdings, one of the world’s largest staffing firms, placed its US-based companies — Advantage Resourcing and Staffmark — under one CEO. Effective July 29, Staffmark CEO Geno Cutolo also oversees Advantage Resourcing operations as CEO of Advantage Resourcing America Inc.

Cutolo took over as Staffmark CEO last year. Former Advantage Resourcing CEO, Toshio Oka, transitioned from Recruit to perform the CEO role during key transition years, according to Recruit.

The current leadership teams for Advantage Resourcing North America, Advantage xPO U.S. and Atterro will report directly to Cutolo, who reports directly to Hitoshi Motohara, chairman of Advantage Resourcing America Inc. and Advantage Resourcing Europe B.V.

The Advantage Resourcing divisions located in the United Kingdom will now be managed separately. Mike Brooksbank, the managing director of Advantage Resourcing UK. Advantage xPO UK, Crone Corkill and Advantage Resourcing UK, will now report to Deputy Chairman Graeme Maude, who will continue to lead international staffing acquisition activities for Recruit Holdings Co. Ltd. as managing director of developing international staffing. Maude has more than five years of leadership experience with Recruit and Advantage Resourcing companies and previously served as managing director of Advantage Resourcing UK Staffing.

Advantage Resourcing North America provides services nationwide through more than 130 US locations. The North America group targets technical, IT, light industrial and administrative services. Staffmark operates more than 280 locations in the US and serves a range of sectors
