Some staffing companies are turning to drive-through job fairs as the pandemic has changed how companies must recruit. The Boston Business Journal reports Express Employment Services set up a drive-through recruiting operation in Andover, Massachusetts. “Workers are hesitant to go back to work. So we’re trying to find a good and easy way to see what opportunities are out there and have a safe way to do it as well,” John Dickey, owner of Express Employment Professionals in Andover, told the Business Journal. Separately, Sarasota reported that PGT Innovations has partnered with Adecco for a drive-through career fair in North Venice, Florida, in August.
