The owner of Milwaukee-based healthcare staffing firm HCS Medical Staffing, responded to a judge's order to pay $148,000 in a pregnancy discrimination case brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
HCS’ owner, Charles Sisson, said the EEOC personnel did not investigate the case to find out if accusations were valid prior to filing it, and released a statment outlining his side of the story.
