SkillGigs Inc., a staffing platform for healthcare and technology jobs, announced new leadership hires, including the naming of Stephen Saville as president. Other executive additions announced today are Brad Hill as division president of IT and digital, and Amanda Betts as VP of marketing.

Saville comes to SkillGigs from Cross Country Healthcare Inc., where he was executive VP of operations. In addition, Saville has served as president of CareerStaff Unlimited and as senior VP of workforce solutions at Genesis Healthcare. He also started his own firm, Medefis Inc., which AMN Healthcare acquired in 2015. Saville appeared on SIA’s Staffing 100 list in 2020 and 2021. He will provide strategic and operating insight for SkillGigs.

Hill spent 19 years at Allegis Group, primarily in its TEKsystems division. Hill’s experience also includes serving as senior VP at ManpowerGroup’s Experis division, where he was responsible for more than $300 million in revenue.

Betts’ has held marketing roles at both Randstad and ManpowerGroup. At Randstad, she was VP of brand for the Randstad Technologies Group. At ManpowerGroup, she served as director of North America marketing.

SkillGigs was founded in 2017 and is based in Houston. Its CEO is Kashif Aftab.
