Human cloud platform firm ShiftPixy Inc. (NASD: PIXY) is pushing back its scheduled earnings announcement to a new date that the company says it will announce shortly. The Irving, Calif.-based company was scheduled to report its third-quarter earnings yesterday.

In its announcement on the delay, ShiftPixy said it expects to report revenue increased 102.6% year over year to $9.4 million in its fiscal third quarter.

ShiftPixy began trading last year after raising $12 million in an initial public offering through the sale of 2 million shares.

Shares in ShiftPixy were up 53.53% to $4.20 as of 12:34 p.m. Eastern time. The company had a market cap of $121.2 million.
