Resolute Pros, a Denver-based provider of back-office support, workforce and consulting services for staffing firms and PEOs, acquired Search Partners Recruiting, a Dallas-based search firm that specializes in finding internal talent for the staffing industry.

The deal closed Oct. 26.

Search Partners’ founder and president, Amy Krodel, is continuing at Resolute Pros as president of professional services. Krodel is responsible for sales and the professional services team leadership.

Search Partners was founded in 1998. With the acquisition, Resolute Pros aims to provide recruiting support and enable its clients to benefit from a complete suite of back-office support services.
