Randstad nv, the largest global staffing firm, announced new leaders for its North America, Asia Pacific and Randstad Technologies operations. The announcement includes the appointment of Traci Fiatte as CEO of Randstad North America.

Fiatte, joined company in 1996, and she has appeared on SIA’s Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing list.

Fiatte succeeds Karen Fichuk, who is pursuing opportunities outside of Randstad. Fichuk had joined the company in 2019.

In addition, Randstad named Kajetan Slonina as CEO of Randstad Asia Pacific and Venu Lambu as CEO of Randstad Technologies.

Slonina joined Randstad in 2008 and most recently served as managing director of China and Asia. Prior to Randstad, he founded and managed music publishing and staffing companies.

Lambu officially joins Randstad on Jan. 17 and bring nearly 30 years of experience, most recently as president and executive director at LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting and digital solutions firm.
