Randstad North America named Bob Lopes as its new chief human resources officer. Lopes previously served as an executive at Randstad Sourceright for six years. Most recently, he was the North America group president for Randstad Sourceright.

Lopes has more than 35 years of experience leading private, midstage and public technology and services businesses in outsourcing, consulting and HR-related services.

In his new role, Lopes will work to commercialize Randstad’s human resources practice. He will also focus on diversity and inclusion in all areas of the business, including recruitment and career development.

Lopes began the new role on Oct. 1. He is based in Tampa, Florida.
