RPO provider Hire Velocity acquires firm, names CEO

April 06, 2016

Recruitment process outsourcing provider Hire Velocity acquired BHS Hire LLC, an Atlanta-based staffing firm.

Hire Velocity is privately held and terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

With the acquisition, BHS Hire founder and CEO Jennifer Beck will assume the role of CEO at Hire Velocity with the goal of expanding the company’s scope of recruiting solutions and evaluating acquisition opportunities.

Prior to founding BHS Hire, Jennifer was CEO and president of Impellam North America, responsible for Impellam’s North America staffing and global managed services of approximately $300 million in annual revenue. She was also general manager of SourceRight, currently a division of Randstad, from 2007 through 2010.

“Joining the Hire Velocity team ensures world-class service and innovation for our clients,” Beck said. “The demand to connect talent pools and the workplace is at an all-time high. Whether it is knowing how to bridge the leadership gap with so many baby boomers retiring, understanding how and where the millennials fit into an organization or how to hire in a gig economy, we know our combined services will provide the best hiring solutions for our clients.”

“The combination of these two incredible teams of dedicated professionals and leaders will assure that we can build the world class organization that I have always envisioned,” said Hire Velocity President and Founder Byron West. “My experience in working with and knowing Jen for over 20 years led me to initiate discussions of combining these two great companies with our investor group.”
