RCM Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: RCMT), a Pennsauken, New Jersey-based staffing provider, announced the purchase of TalentHerder, a San Francisco-based recruitment firm focused on partnering with early-stage, high-growth companies.

The acquisition is expected to boost RCM’s recruitment process outsourcing footprint, enhance its candidate sourcing reach and enable its in-house recruiting team to respond more rapidly to client needs.

Founded in 2017, TalentHerder bridges the gap between in-house and external recruiting, specializing in high-growth companies by working with clients to help identify and hire top-quality talent across all critical functions.
