Daily represents Exeter Hospital in New Hampshire in a number of lawsuits filed since the arrest of healthcare traveler David Kwiatkowski in 2012. Kwiatkowski is serving a 39-year prison sentence related to a hepatitis C outbreak at the hospital after injecting himself with the painkiller fentanyl and putting the needles back in use for patients.
