Premier Alliance Group Inc. (OTCBB: PIMO.OB) announced it acquired Intronic Solutions Group LLC, a privately held information technology consulting and staffing firm based in Overland Park KS.
The deal closed April 30.
Premier reported in March that Intronic had revenue of $4 million in its most recent fiscal year.
Premier is based in Charlotte NC.
