Premier Employee Solutions named Michael Parrish as its CEO, effective Jan. 22. He replaces founders and Co-CEOs Kayle Neeley and Rob LeBaron in the role; they will remain on the firm’s board of directors.

Parrish joined Premier in April 2016 as COO, after serving as senior VP at Select Staffing from 2009 to 2016. He first entered the staffing industry as a recruiter in 1989 and held various roles at United Parcel Service from 1993 to 2005.

Premier is headquartered in Springville, Utah, and provides third-party staffing, light industrial staffing, employee relations management and risk management programs, among other solutions. It has $265 million in annual revenue and makes about 11,000 placements weekly. The company counts 275 internal employees and 59 branch/onsite locations, including 11 new branch locations opened in the last 18 months.
