Industrial staffing provider Peoplelink Group appointed Shawn Cahill as chief financial officer. He replaces Jeffrey Miller, who left the South Bend, Ind.-based firm to pursue other interests.

“Bringing Shawn on board earns the company high-level corporate finance expertise and a fresh perspective,” said Peoplelink Group President and COO Jay Mattern.

Cahill previously served as senior finance manager at appliance maker Whirlpool Corp., overseeing a team of 10 analysts at the appliance maker.

Peoplelink Group ranks No. 38 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2015 list of largest US staffing firms. It is owned by Groupe Crit, a Paris-based staffing provider.
