PeopleReady, the blue-collar staffing division of TrueBlue Inc. (NYSE: TBI), announced Kristy Willis will join the company’s senior leadership team as senior VP and chief sales officer, effective July 31. This is a new position within the firm.

Willis has 26 years of executive leadership experience and most recently has been a senior VP at Adecco, leading its western division.
