Waltham, Mass.-based PeopleFluent’s vendor management system division has been renamed VectorVMS.

Learning Technologies Group plc on May 31 acquired PeopleFluent for approximately $150 million. The company said VectorVMS is now a portfolio brand but will continue to collaborate with PeopleFluent’s other talent management products.

Marc Husain will lead VectorVMS as acting managing director and VP of sales.

“As part of the LTG portfolio, we will be able to leverage their resources and focus on growing needs and changes in the way our current and future clients and managed service provider partners manage contingent labor,” Husain said.

In November, Learning Technologies Group in October separated PeopleFluent’s division for workforce compliance and diversity solutions and renamed it as a portfolio brand called Affirmity.

Learning Technologies Group is a London-based holding company.
