Executive search firm ZRG Partners Inc. added three managing directors to the firm. Allen Brady is managing director in Seattle, and he is a member of the firm’s industrial practice and also adds sector depth to the West Coast aerospace and defense team. Jill Schofield is managing director and head of ZRG’s global mining practice; she will manage the firm’s Western Canada operations from the Calgary, Alberta office. Peter Gremillion is managing director in the firm’s Frankfurt, Germany office and a member of the its global industrial practice; Gremillion previously worked at two global boutique firms, focusing on the industrial and chemical sectors.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced several additions to the firm. Alex Barker joined as senior client partner in the Korn Ferry Hay Group executive pay and governance practice, based in the Boston office; Barker most recently was VP of compensation, benefits and physician services at Lahey Health. Marco Santana joined as senior client partner and regional rewards and benefits leader for South America; he previously was regional leader for the international rewards and benefits practice in Latin America at a global advisory firm. Patrick Walsh joined the firm’s global industrial practice; he previously was head of the industrial practice for the Americas at another global search firm, responsible for driving global cooperation across the firm in its largest practice. Peter Bogin joined Korn Ferry’s Stamford, Conn., office; he previously was a member of the global energy practice at another global search firm.

Star Staffing, a Northern California staffing provider, added Heidi Fretwell as branch manager of its new office in Sacramento, Calif. It is the company’s sixth office. Fretwell has more than 16 years of industry experience in the Sacramento area.
