Voca, a Rochester, Minnesota-based staffing firm, announced that Richard Krause is now its president. Krause had served as VP of operations. He brings more than 14 years of executive leadership experience to the role. In addition, Voca promoted Jon Burckhardt to VP of performance management. Burckhardt had been VP of recruitment. He is a 10-year veteran of the company. In addition, Voca named Ashley Stadler as VP of recruitment. Stadler’s previous role was senior healthcare recruitment director. She brings eight years of experience.

MRINetwork announced that CFO Todd Simpson has been promoted and will add the title of chief operating officer to his role effective Sept. 1. Simpson joined the company in 2019. Prior to MRINetwork, he spent 15 years at CDI Talent & Technology Solutions where he last served as division CFO.

TechGenies, a software development and IT staffing company, appointed three people to its board: Trude Van Horn, senior VP and CIO at HCH Corp.; Kris Fitzgerald, chairman of the executive council at the University of Texas at Dallas Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science and former CTO at NTT Data Services; and Klyne Smith, executive project management consultant, clinical professor at the Southern Methodist University Lyle School of Engineering and associate professor of instruction at the University of Texas at Dallas.

Orion Talent, a provider of military, diversity and RPO solutions, added Mara Motherway and David Casey to its board of managers. Motherway is senior VP of government and customer relations at Peraton and served on active duty as a US Naval officer prior to that. Casey is chief inclusion and social impact officer at Tapestry Inc. He former was senior VP, workforce strategies and chief diversity officer at CVS Health. Casey also served on the board of the American Lung Association and as an appointee to the US Secretary of Labor’s advisory council on apprenticeship. Orion Talent is based in Cary, North Carolina.

B2B talent platform Gerson Lehrman Group named Virginia Wong as head of business for greater China. Wong will oversee business serving clients from offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Wong will be based in Shanghai and report to GLG Head of APAC Rama Adaikalavan.

Cloudstaff, a Sydney, Australia-based outsourcing firm, named Jennifer Zanich as chief sales and marketing officer. Zanich most recently served as VP of Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa at PlayNetwork, responsible for the rollout of Apple Music for Business. Her past experience also includes a senior executive role at Microsoft Corp. in Australia and Asia Pacific.

Mark Miksa is the owner/strategic partner of PrideStaff’s new PrideStaff Houston (Northeast) office.

Executive search firm Daversa Partners announced Nicolette Hartman is leading the company’s expansion into Miami along with three members of her team: Jodie Salzberg, Caroline Didelot and Olivia Witmer.
