Velocity Global, a global employer-of-record provider, announced that Francoise Brougher has joined its board. Brougher spent eight years running business and operations strategy as well as small and midsize global sales and operations at Google. Following Google, she was the global business lead at Square, supporting the company’s IPO, according to Velocity Global. Brougher then joined Pinterest as chief operating officer. She currently serves on the board of Sodexo, which employs over 400,000 people and serves more than 100 million customers per day.

CXC Global announced several new hires. They are Alex Tait, who joined CXC Global North America as global solutions manager for CXC Comply, based in North Carolina. Cesar Navaro, who started with CXC Global EMEA as sales associate for CXC Comply, based in Dublin, Ireland. Jerry Blanton, who started as chief marketing officer for CXC Global, based in Singapore. Richard Farmer, who joined as managing director of CXC Global Asia, based in Singapore. Sean Hutchinson, who joined as managing director, CXC Latin America, based in Brazil. And Pepe Villarreal, who joined as Salesforce Administrator at CXC North America.
