People: TechServe Alliance, ManpowerGroup, Magnit, Cross Country Healthcare, ASA, Morgan Samuels, Raines International, The Chef Agency

TechServe Alliance, a trade association representing the IT and engineering staffing and solutions industry announced its officers for 2023:

  • Chair: Sarah Martin, president, Dale Workforce Solutions
  • President: Andrew Jackson, co-founder and president, BravoTech
  • VP/president-elect: Pat Patel, founder and CEO, Intelliswift Software Inc.
  • Secretary/treasurer: Tom Nunn, founder, Tom Nunn Consulting

The TechServe Alliance’s board also added three new directors: Sunny Ackerman, president, SThree-Americas; Monty Ragland, president/CEO, Proteam Solutions Inc.; and John Bemis, president and founder, Benchmark IT LLC. In addition, earlier this year, Joel Leege, executive VP and chief strategy officer, Randstad Technologies Group, was elected to the board.

ManpowerGroup named Muriel Pénicaud to its board effective Dec. 12. Pénicaud formerly served as French ambassador to the OECD and the minister of labor in France under President Emmanuel Macron. Prior to her public service, Pénicaud was CEO of Business France and senior executive VP at Danone Group, in charge of human resources and part of that company’s executive committee.

Magnit named Mohan Natarajan as its first chief technology officer. Natarajan has more than 20 years of experience. Prior to Magnit, he spent seven years at Salesforce, where he rose to the position of senior VP of engineering. He has also held leadership roles at Motorola, Cisco Systems and Silicon Graphics, among other firms. Natarajan joins Magnit following its recent rebranding from Pro Unlimited.

Cross Country Healthcare Inc. promoted James Redd III to senior VP and chief accounting officer. Redd has served as senior VP and corporate controller since January 2021; he first joined Cross Country in April 2017 as assistant corporate controller. Prior to Cross Country, he held positions in controls and compliance at Tyco International Management Co. and in general ledger accounting and SEC reporting at ADT LLC. He is a certified public accountant.

The American Staffing Association named Bob Rudisin as the organization’s chief human resources officer. Rudisin’s previous experience includes serving as executive VP for human resources for Amentum, an organization with more than 27,000 employees operating in all 50 states and 28 foreign countries.

Morgan Samuels appointed Jarrod Gray as the executive search provider’s chief financial and operations officer. Gray is responsible for finance, human resources, IT and overall business operations. He has more than 15 years of experience as a senior financial executive in distribution and manufacturing environments; he joins Morgan Samuels from The Merchants Co.

Executive search firm Raines International named Engy Lamour as managing director. Lamour is based in Philadelphia and leads Raines’ financial services practice. Lamour’s previous roles include principal at Korn Ferry, engagement manager at Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. and COO at Broadreach Group.

The Chef Agency, a hospitality-focused executive search firm, announced five new hires: John Rothstein as chief development officer; Jennifer Moloney as VP of internal recruiting; Nicole Miller as a senior regional partner based in Beverly Hills, California; Kiki Myers as senior regional partner based in Los Angeles; and Emily Aguilar as regional partner based in Denver.
