People: Star Staffing, Heidrick, Seyfarth Shaw and more

Star Staffing named Nicole Serres as president. Serres had served as VP at the Petaluma, Calif.-based staffing provider. She had joined the company in 2009 as an account manager and in November 2010 was named VP and became co-owner.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles (NASD: HSII) named Jenni Hibbert as global practice managing partner of its financial services practice. Hibbert had been regional practice managing partner for financial services in Europe and Africa since 2017. She takes over from David Boehmer, who will remain a partner. Heidrick also appointed Dan Ryan as regional leader for the Americas; Ryan was previously a partner in the firm’s financial services practice and led the New York office. Finally, the firm announced Stephen Schwanhausser will serve as global practice managing partner for its consumer markets practice. Schwanhausser previously served as co-managing partner for Heidrick’s global consumer products sector. His new role was formerly filled by Tom Snyder, who will remain a partner.

Law firm Seyfarth Shaw LLP announced Richard Chen joined the firm as a partner in its labor and employment department in Los Angeles from law firm Ogletree Deakins.

Executive search firm ZRG Partners announced Beverly Morgan joined the firm as a managing director and a member of the global human capital practice. She has more than 30 years of recruiting experience with WinterWyman, where she was a founding member of its executive search practice. Morgan will work in ZRG’s Boston office.

T3 Sixty, a management consulting and research firm for the residential real estate brokerage industry, announced Kelly White will lead T3 Talent, its new executive hiring and search service for franchisors, brokerages, MLS firms, realtor associations and related service providers.
