Saxon Aerospace, a staffing provider serving the aerospace industry, appointed Paul Sahatdjian as CEO of Saxon Aerospace US. Saxon was founded in 2005 and is based in Langley, British Columbia. Sahatdjian will be based in Washington state and lead the company’s US operations. He has more than 20 years of sales, recruiting and management experience in aviation.

IT services firm HCL Technologies named Jill Kouri as chief marketing officer. Kouri has nearly 30 years of experience and joins HCL from JLL, where she was chief marketing officer, Americas, for seven years. Prior to that, she spent 14 years at Accenture in increasingly senior marketing leadership roles.

Versique Search and Consulting hired Paige Batcha as VP of finance and accounting consulting. Batcha will be charged with growing clients and consultants in the company’s new finance and accounting contract division. Batcha has more than 13 years of experience and most recently served as CFO at Brown-Wilbert, a business in the funeral industry.
