Technology staffing and training provider Revature hired Robert Gasser as chief revenue officer and Susan Everhart as senior VP of sales. Gasser brings more than 30 years of financial services industry experience, including having worked at JP Morgan. Everhart has 27 years of experience leading sales teams in professional resourcing and project solutions and has held various leadership roles at Randstad North America and most recently served at ManpowerGroup Inc.

Online staffing platform Shifgig appointed Thulasi Kethini as chief technology officer. Kethini has more than 16 years of technology experience; she most recently served as Morningstar’s director of technology, workplace solutions. Shiftgig also hired Carmen Spohn as director of site reliability engineering; she will work with Irem Metin, VP of product, rounding out a strong female-led technology organization.

Executive search firm Lucas Group announced its board has named Randy Marmon as president and CEO. Marmon succeeds Andi Jennings, who has led the executive recruiting firm since 2009. Jennings will remain on Lucas’ board and serve as a principal company consultant. Marmon’s office will be at the firm’s headquarters in Atlanta. Marmon founded Human Capital Transformation, a boutique advisory firm, in 2014, after serving at Kforce Inc. for 21 years. Marmon joined TekPartners as chief strategy officer in 2016 and most recently served as an executive advisor.

Infiniti HR, a professional employer organization, named Rob Blunt as chief operating officer. Blunt will report directly to Scott Smrkovski, CEO of the Burtonsville, Maryland-based company. Blunt has 32 years of experience in the PEO industry and is a former officer in the US Navy’s Nuclear Power Program.

PEO G&A Partners appointed April Snavely as regional VP of sales and operations for California. Snavely has more than 20 years of experience in the PEO space.

AV Recruiting hired Jeff Ashachik as VP of recruiting. Philadelphia-based AV Recruiting focuses on the audio-visual manufacturing and integration industry, and Ashachik is a well-known figure in that industry and is former director of training and technology at Crestron Electronics.

LaborEdge hired Tom Woodman as its chief design officer. Woodman brings 25 years of IT experience to the Detroit-based company.

Artificial intelligence-powered job matching platform Job.com hired Laurie Boschini as head of research and development to actively work to remove unconscious gender bias in the company’s job matching engine. Boschini joins Job.com from Search Technologies, where she worked as a senior developer.
