People: Revature, Advanced, Russell Reynolds, Boyden, Korn Ferry and more

Revature, an IT training and staffing firm based in Reston, Va., appointed Bryan Howlin as executive VP of client partnerships. Formerly the vice president of strategic accounts at Randstad. Howlin has also held sales executive positions with Allegis Group and Sherpa LLC.

Advanced Inc., a healthcare staffing agency for travel therapy and nursing in the US, named Scott Davis as senior VP of operations. He previously was senior IT architect and technical sales specialist for IBM.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates selected three new consultants to serve three-year terms on its nine-person executive committee: Florence Ferraton, who leads the consumer sector globally, co-leads the consumer products practice and is a member of the luxury and retail, and leisure and hospitality practices; Nils Hopmann, who co-leads the firm’s healthcare sector; and London-based James Roome, who co-leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ global technology sector, co-leads the mobile and convergence practice, and is a core member of the firm’s board and digital teams.

Boyden, an executive search firm, elected two new members to its global board at its annual partners meeting in Montreal. Ken Werker, managing partner in Boyden Canada and global leader of Boyden's social impact practice was elected as a new board member. Kenneth Vinther Mortensen, managing partner in Denmark, was also elected and will serve as the firm’s EMEA regional director.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Prith Banerjee joined the firm as senior client partner for the Internet of Things innovation transformation for the global industrial practice. He most recently was executive VP and CTO at Schneider Electric, as well as a member of the executive committee. Banerjee previously worked at Accenture as managing director of global technology R&D.

The Caldwell Partners (TSX: CWL.TO), a Toronto-based executive search firm with operations in Canada, the US and Europe, added Richard Perkey as a partner in the firm's financial services and board and CEO practices. He most recently was a member of the CEO and board services practice and the consumer and commercial financial services practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. Previously, he was area manager for the Atlanta office, and practice leader for consumer financial services.

Cordia Resources, a Washington, DC, recruiting and consulting/staffing firm serving finance and accounting and human resources professionals, promoted Marc Zeid to partner and Nathaniel (Nat) Jones to principal. Zeid, who joined Cordia Resources in 2016 with more than 20 years’ recruiting experience, is now one of the partners, owners and key leaders at Cordia Resources. Jones has more than 18 years' experience in the industry and has represented clients in private equity/financial services, non-profit, real estate, hospitality, construction, technology, software, biotechnology and professional services/consulting.
