Randstad US announced E.R. Anderson as public affairs director, a newly created role to help shape public policy and political dialogue. A Capitol Hill veteran, she has worked for Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Pat Toomey, R-Pa. Anderson’s 20 years of experience includes various communications roles for Walmart and the US Department of Commerce. Most recently, she was VP, communications and government affairs, at the HR Policy Association.

Georgia-based Jackson Healthcare appointed David Robertson as senior VP of risk management to oversee all corporate risk management functions, as well as the deployment of risk management across the Jackson Healthcare family of companies. He most recently was executive VP and healthcare practice leader at Harden; he previously was a managing director at USI Insurance and a managing director of insurance services at Wells Fargo Insurance.

Uddl3 Group named Jamie Ferguson as president of Range Search Partners, its new executive search and organizational consulting firm specializing in the energy, private equity and life sciences industries. Based in Houston, his team will work closely with other Huddl3 Group companies – PTS Advance and UP Professional Solutions – which provide staffing services to companies in the energy, infrastructure and life sciences industries. 

Haley Marketing, a website development, content and recruitment marketing firm serving the temporary staffing and executive recruiting industries, hired Jeffrey Staats as chief marketing officer and Susan Wurst as director of account management. Staats spent the last six years in the staffing industry, first as head of marketing for Able and most recently as head of marketing for TalentLaunch. Prior to joining Haley Marketing, Wurst worked in implementation, sales and account management at Bond International Software; most recently, she started the account management function at TempWorks Software. 

Staffing Connections named Charlie Whittington as director of its newest division, Medical Connections, established in 2018. He will oversee offices located in Columbus and Stockbridge, Georgia, as well as the Opelika-Auburn Alabama office. Whittington joins the firm after a 17-year career in national medical sales and distribution.
