Randstad US named Dominic Lévesque as president of its Tatum division. Lévesque brings more than 15 years of experience to the role and most recently served ad group president, Randstad Canada. He will now hold a dual role leading both Tatum in the US and his Canadian team.

Jackson Healthcare promoted Leslie Day-Harrell to executive VP and appointed her to lead the organization’s newly created associate experience function. Day-Harrell, a certified applied positive psychology practitioner, will develop and lead the company’s strategy to help ensure positive experiences for all Jackson Healthcare Associates. She will also continue to serve in her prior capacity as the head of corporate real estate and facility operations for the organization’s corporate campus in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Synergis, an IT and creative staffing firm, named Tracey Klein as executive VP, strategy. Klein joins the Alpharetta, Georgia-based firm with more than 25 years of experience She most recently provided executive consultation services in the workforce solutions industry as an independent consultant. Prior to that, she was executive director, strategy and insights, for Allegis Global Solutions.

CTG, a Buffalo, New York-based provider of IT staffing and solutions, appointed Katie Stein to its board to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Owen Sullivan. Stein is the chief strategy officer and global business leader of enterprise services at Genpact Ltd. In addition, CTG announced Raj Rajgopal, a recently appointed independent director, and Filip Gydé, CTG’s president and CEO, will stand for election at the company’s 2021 annual meeting in September. And, as previously announced, board member Dan Sullivan will step down due to the company’s retirement age guidelines; as a result, the board will comprise six members.

AtWork announced that Shawn and Stephanie Bryant are the owners and operators of its new office in Lombard, Illinois.

Executive search firm Boyden named Katia Pina as senior director of its global leadership consulting center of excellence. Pina holds a PhD in business and innovation management from the University of Manchester.

Beecher Reagan, an executive search firm, appointed Rupert Jones as principal of its consulting and technology practice. Jones will be based in London. Jones joins Beecher Reagan from EY, where his primary focus was in the financial services sector.

Staffing Industry Analysts appointed John Schroeder as managing director, custom research, effective Thursday. Schroeder previously led Nova Foresight, a marketing consulting firm. His previous roles included serving at market research firm Nielsen as VP and practice leader for the beverage alcohol business and at Ipsos as senior VP, consumer package goods/consumer durables and retail insights and analytics.
