People: Randstad US, Beacon Hill, ZRG Partners, Boyden and more

Randstad US announced John Ruffini, national director of direct hire placement at Randstad Professionals, was appointed chairman of the American Staffing Association search and placement section policy council. Ruffini will work with ASA and its board of directors to spearhead programs and services that meet the sector’s needs within the association. Ruffini has 23 years of recruiting experience and has held various leadership roles with three US recruiting firms.

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, headquartered in Boston, announced John Barker as regional leader of Beacon Hill Technologies’ new offices in San Francisco and Sacramento, Calif. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he led a division for a large IT staffing firm in the US. Bryan Verduzco will lead the Sacramento team. He has more than five years of experience in the staffing industry, most recently in San Francisco.

Executive search firm ZRG Partners added Mark Cusick as president of its new sales optimization division, Orca Talent, which will address sales force hiring and productivity. In addition to being one of the founding partners of ZRG Partners in 1999, Cusick has founded several companies in commercial finance, real estate and the healthcare fields.

Boyden, an executive search firm, named Cornelia Tänzler, managing partner of Boyden Switzerland, as leader of Boyden’s global consumer and retail practice. She joined Boyden in 2015.

Barrow Group LLC, a niche insurance broker to the temporary staffing, PEO and film/TV industries, announced Director of Staffing Insurance Kevin Kilcoyne was elected to the Georgia Staffing Association board of directors. The Georgia Staffing Association is the trade association for the Georgia staffing industry.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Dhritiman Chakrabarti joined the firm as senior client partner, Korn Ferry Hay Group. As the regional rewards and benefits leader for Asia Pacific, Chakrabarti will manage rewards and benefits solutions, including executive compensation, broad-based rewards, performance management and incentive pay design. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Singapore office.

Kingsley Gate Partners, a global executive search firm, announced new senior partners Mark Esposito and Paige Scott will lead its new practice serving the financial services industry. Esposito previously was responsible for management and strategic development of the US region and was the founder of the US corporate officers practice for Sheffield Haworth Inc. Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Scott served as the head of the North American asset management practice at Sheffield Haworth.

StaffRehab, a staffing provider for school-based health, educational and therapy services, named Lindsay Joseph as a partner of the firm. Joseph joined the organization five years ago as director of talent and previously was a consultant in the recruitment division of Booze Allen Hamilton.
