People: Randstad, Health Carousel, The Delta Companies, FlexRN, CyberSN, Vaco, Pridestaff and more

Randstad Sourceright appointed Sue Marcus as regional president of RPO and MSP solutions in the US. Marcus will spearhead a new organizational structure that brings together RPO, MSP and payroll solutions teams. She has been with Randstad Sourceright for more than 25 years. Separately, Randstad US announced Jodi Chavez will lead its new Randstad Accounting & Finance brand.

Health Carousel announced appointments indivision and corporate services leadership. Erik Schumann is now president - international and chief sales officer; John Sebastian is president - travel nursing and chief digital officer; and Andrew Simon is president - corporate services and senior VP - locum tenens. Stacey Stanley continues as president - locum tenens.

Healthcare staffing provider The Delta Companies announced Ty Chambers will serve as president of client services. Chambers has held numerous roles at The Delta Companies, including executive VP for Delta Physician Placement; he most recently served as executive VP of Delta Locum Tenens. He has also served on the board of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organization for three years, most notably as chairman of conferences.

Nurse staffing agency FlexRN named Diana Wylie as president effective immediately. Wylie most recently served as executive director and chief nursing officer at FlexRN and has been with the company since 2001. Former President Ogden Cummings will continue to serve as treasurer.

Technology and cybersecurity staffing firm CyberSN named Mark Aiello as president. Aiello is co-founder of Cyber 360. However, prior to joining CyberSN, Aiello was VP of cybersecurity operations for IT staffing firm Signature Consultants.

Vaco’s new Montréal office will be led by Managing Partner Sean Bartunek and founding partners Eloi Poudrier, Sebastien Lamarche and Olivier Moureaux.

PrideStaff announced that David Rosen is the owner of its new Columbus East office in Pickerington, Ohio, and Jon Brink is the owner of its new Hartford Metro Southeast office in Rocky Hill, Connecticut.

Recruitment software provider iCMIS Inc. announced founder Colin Day is moving from the CEO role to the chairman role. Ronald Kasner will serve as interim CEO while an executive search is conducted for a new person to fill that role.

Jobs website Glassdoor appointed Carina Cortez as senior VP and chief people officer. Cortez has 20 years of experience at companies that include Ellie Mae, Walmart eCommerce, PayPal and Visa.

Legal search firm Major, Lindsey & Africa and executive search firm Allegis Partners named Jasmine Guy as their new diversity and inclusion and corporate social responsibility program manager. Guy previously served as diversity and inclusion specialist for Foley & Lardner LLP.

Executive search firm N2Growth Inc. named Romasha Nath as principal and senior advisor specializing in board and C-level search assignments. Nath previously served as CEO of an executive search firm that she founded.
