Focus Search Partners, a retained search subsidiary of Vaco, launched an interim executive services practice and named Monica Foster to lead the business. The practice will specialize in serving the private equity market.

Brunel, a staffing firm based in Amsterdam, announced Graeme Maude was appointed as a member of its board. Maude most recently was chief operating officer of RGF Staffing, part of Recruit Holdings.

Counter Threat Solutions LLC promoted Adrian Prost to director of human resources. Based in Reston, Virginia, Counter Threat provides subject matter experts to the US government’s intelligence and defense communities as well as financial and IT solutions to civilian firms.
