People: Nesco Resource, Rangam Consultants, Medely, ZipRecruiter, Salo and more

Staffing provider Nesco Resource appointed Terri Ford as its director of diversity, equity and inclusion and corporate responsibility. It’s a newly created position at the company. Ford had joined Nesco in 2018 as a corporate recruiter and most recently worked within Nesco’s medical division, Home Care by Callos. Ford had launched Nesco Forward, an internal employee-driven DE&I committee, in July 2020.

James Mahoney joined Rangam Consultants as its chief operations officer. Mahoney comes to the staffing firm after having served 10 years at JPMorgan Chase, most recently as chief quality officer for home lending technology. Mahoney also worked to launch JP Morgan Chase’s “Autism at Work” program. Rangam has a mission to promote employment for everyone, including those with disabilities and autism.

Medely Inc., a healthcare-focused talent platform, hired John Mark Warren as its CFO. Warren has 17 years of experience and most recently was head of finance at B2B talent platform Workrise (formerly RigUp).

ZipRecruiter Inc. (NYSE: ZIP) reported in a regulatory filing that Qasim Saifee was appointed as chief operating officer. Saifee had served as ZipRecruiter’s chief marketing officer since January 2020 and as VP of marketplace strategy from June 2018 to January 2020. He previously served as senior VP of publishing at Scopley Inc., an entertainment and mobile gaming company.

Staffing provider Salo announced five promotions this week. Loralee Wick was promoted to VP, national finance sales; Wick has been with Salo for 13 years. Mary Cook has been promoted to managing director, Midwest finance. Lois Depiesse has been promoted to managing director, West and South finance. Nikki Kietzer has been promoted to VP, national HR sales; Kietzer had joined Salo in 2016. Dave Telep has been promoted to sales director for the Western and Southern HR team; Telep joined Salo in December 2019.

Executive search firm Diversified Search Group named Kim Dukes as managing director for its nonprofit business line. Dukes has more than 25 years of experience and comes to Diversified Search from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where she served as the diversity and inclusion talent strategist.

Will Youle and Zach Puzey are leading the new Miami office of technical recruiter called “develop.” This is develop’s first office outside Europe. The London-based company specializes in software engineering vacancies.
