DeLibra Wesley is the founder and CEO of the new staffing firm National Recruitment Consultants. Wesley previously served as chief operating officer for The Delta Cos., a firm she was at for 17 years. She appeared on the 2020 Global Power 150 list of women in staffing.

Newly launched firm Harper and Gray is being headed up by founder and CEO Ginnette Harvey. Harvey previously served as senior VP for Specialist Staffing Group. She appeared on the 2020 Staffing 100 list.

Jobcase, a networking platform for blue-collar workers, named Gerry Brun as its new head of member product. Brun has more than 12 years of product management experience and formerly served as VP of product at WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers. Jobcase also announced Alyssa Neckorcuk will serve as head of member engineering; Neckorcuk previously served at CarGurus and VistaPrint. In addition, Jobcase named Brandon Olson as its new mobile product lead; Olson had also previously served at CarGurus and at Fidelity.

Executive search firm Boyden appointed Lisa Vuona and Wendy Wilsker as managing partners in its Boston office. Vuona comes with 25 years of experience in executive search. Wilsker formerly served as director of recruitment and training at the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association and as HR leader for Chancellor-Beacon Academies and Family Continuity Programs.

Onward Search announced Lee Andrese will serve as VP of learning and development. Prior to Onward Search, Andrese was managing partner at akathame LLC, a recruitment, marketing and management firm. Before that, she spent more than 20 years at Aquent.

The Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services named Jennifer Traer as membership, events and communications manager. Traer has more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector.

PrideStaff announced that Parth Zaveri is the owner/strategic partner of its new office in the St. Louis western suburbs.

Video interviewing and recruitment technology firm HireVue announced Sharon Taylor will serve on its board. Taylor recently retired as senior VP, human resources, at Prudential Financial. She has more than 40 years of global HR leadership experience.
