EBay named Logan Green, CEO and co-founder of human cloud ride-sharing firm Lyft, to its board. “Even before co-founding Lyft, Logan has been intensely focused on connecting people through innovative technology,” said Devin Wenig, president and CEO of eBay.

Executive search and leadership advisory services firm Egon Zehnder named Justine Gordon as executive recruitment consultant and talent strategy advisor on the company’s private equity practice. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Gordon was at private equity firm AlpInvest. Egon Zehnder also named Alyse Forcellina as a member of its global health practice.

Boyden, an executive search firm, announced Laura Zolla has joined as a principal in the company’s office in Milan, Italy. Zolla was a partner in a boutique executive search firm prior to joining Boyden.
