Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, announced that Mir Ali joined the firm as chief information officer. Ali will lead the development of a comprehensive IT vision and strategic roadmap for the firm. Ali previously served as VP, innovative technology, at Kelly Services Inc., where he was responsible for defining Kelly’s customer-facing technology roadmap.

RPO provider Hudson Global Inc. (NASDAQ: HSON) appointed Matthew Diamond as CFO effective Jan. 1, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Diamond has been VP of finance since January 2019. Prior to joining Hudson, Diamond had served in a variety of finance and control roles at PepsiCo Inc. from 2001 to 2018.

LandrumHR, a PEO and human capital services firm, named Bruce Lasko as its new managing director and head of human resources. Lasko will be responsible for corporate HR functions, including leading the HR department and overseeing all HR policies. Prior to joining LandrumHR, Lasko served as VP of corporate human resources at TriNet Inc.
