Harvey Nash Inc., the US division of the Harvey Nash Group, a global professional recruitment firm and IT outsourcing service provider based in the UK, promoted Brittany Halberg to market director of Washington state. She is responsible for the profitability of the Harvey Nash brand, business development and internal hiring in the Pacific Northwest. Halberg joined Harvey Nash in 2012 as a director of business development.

TalentRISE, a Chicago-based management consulting company focused on recruitment, announced Suzie Mitchell joined the firm as senior director of client delivery. Based out of Nashville, Tenn., she will manage RPO service delivery and key large-scale RPO clients. Mitchell since August 2015 was director, client services, at Cielo, responsible for RPO accounts representing more than 10,000 hires per year. Prior to that, she was director, account operations at PeopleScout.

Executive search and leadership advisory services firm Egon Zehnder announced Joon Yoon joined the firm’s Dallas office as a core member of its global CIO and tech practices. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Yoon was a senior manager at Accenture, where he spent more than 12 years working with clients in the high-tech, media and communications sectors.

He will be based in the Washington, DC, office. McKinnon most recently was senior VP and managing director of market development Axiom, a provider of technology-enabled legal services.
