LaSalle Network, a recruiting and staffing firm headquartered in Chicago, named Allison Penning branch manager of its new San Francisco Bay Area office, the firm's fourth office and first to open in California. Penning joined LaSalle four years ago and most recently was a unit manager in the Chicago office.

Executive search and human capital management firm ZRG Partners Inc. added Jim Aslaksen as managing director of the firm’s global industrial practice. Aslaksen most recently was co-head of CTPartners’ global industrial practice and previously was a senior partner with Korn Ferry for 14 years. He will work from ZRG’s Chicago offices.

Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson announced Steven Payne joined the firm as director of research in the New York office. He will lead the research, knowledge management and analytics team for the US.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Andrea Aragon Gosz joined the firm as senior client partner in the insurance practice. Gosz will be based in the Chicago office. And Rick Sklarin joined the firm as senior client partner in the technology practice. Sklarin has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 technology companies, venture capital firms, and private equity firms in the technology, cloud, digital, software, systems and devices sectors. He will be based in San Francisco.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced Robert Voth and Rebecca Glasman joined the firm’s financial services team. Voth previously spent more than 16 years in senior leadership roles within the search industry. Glasman has 15 years of executive search experience. The new consultants are based in Chicago and New York.

Foxhound Partners, a provider of staffing solutions as well as IT and executive search, announced Heather Young joined the company as managing director to build a full executive search practice. Young has more than 20 years of experience in executive search.
